    ABOUT THE PROGRAM

    It is a 4-weeks program comprising 4 weeks of online training and 15 days of on the job training at Piramal Retail Finance branches. Post the successful completion of the training program, the candidate will join Piramal Retail Finance as Sales Trainee under G1 (HTD) grade.

    Graduate (Any Stream) with at least 50% marks. Engineering graduate (B.E. / B.Tech.) are also eligible if they are ready to work for non-technical job of sales and business development.

    Yes, the program offers an assured job, however that is subject to the participant successfully completing the training.

    Step 1 – Download NIBF App and register for NIBF Aptitude Test (NAT) by paying Exam fee of Rs. 499/- (Rupees Four hundred and ninety-nine only)

    Step 2 – Interview with NIBF on clearance NAT

    Step 3 – Interview with Piramal on clearance of NIBF Interview round

    Step 4 – Invitation Letter will be issued by Piramal Retail Finance to all successful candidates

    Step 5 – Candidates submit undertaking along with Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to NIBF

    Step 6 – NIBF grant admission in training batch and candidates attend 4-weeks online training program conducted by NIBF

    Step 7 – On completion of training program and final assessment candidates received final offer letter

    Step 8 – Candidates complete online joining process and join the allotted branches of Piramal Retail Finance and start the successful career

    There is NO program fee for this program. But candidates need to submit a Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to NIBF after the issuance of LOI (Letter of Intent – Invitation Letter) by Piramal Retail Finance. This security deposit will be returned to the candidate by NIBF post completion of 3 months (90 days) of job with Piramal Retail Finance.

    Yes, NIBF will issue the money receipt for Refundable Security Deposit submitted by the candidate.

    To claim the security deposit amount of Rs. 10,000/- candidate must submit his / her 3 months’ salary slip issued by Piramal Retail Finance. After receiving the 3 months (90 days) salary slip evidence the security deposit will be credited into the Bank account of the candidate directly by NIBF.

    Since there is not Program fee involved in this program hence loan facility is not available.

    No, there is NO registration / application fee for this program. But candidates need to clear NAT (NIBF Aptitude Test) exam to become eligible to get entrance in this program. The NAT fee is Rs. 499/- (Rupees Four Hundred Ninety-Nine only).

    No, this program is only for graduate. Graduate from any stream can apply for this program.

    Yes, candidate will get a certificate of training from National Institute of Banking and Finance post successful completion of the training.

    In case you do not complete the 4-week training program, then the final job offer will be withheld. Candidate can not join the Piramal Retail Finance.

    ABOUT THE JOB

    Yes, on successful completion of the program, you will be offered a job on the payroll of Piramal Finance Sales and Service as a Sales Trainee under G1 (HTD) grade.

    Primarily Sales Trainee is responsible for -

  • Responsible for empanelment of channel and acquiring the customers for BL and HL from open market.
  • Responsible for achieving the cross-sell targets from the customers like insurance or any other appropriate product which may come up from time to time.
  • Responsible for establishing the Piramal brand and managing the sales and business development activities with focus on rate sensitive mortgage market in the assigned hub location.
  • Responsible for Smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.
  • Responsible for ensuring the proper completion of the files and disbursal documents within timeline and adherence of KYC.
  • Responsible for guiding the customer with clarity towards applying for Business loans / Home loans and explaining the product features in terms of ROI, Processing Fees, Terms and conditions and communication of application status.
  • Adherence to the organizations policies and procedures and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for training, development and activation of channels and release of channel payments on time.
  • Ensure excellent customer service which includes query resolution of the customer, completion of the task within the given TAT, after sales service, handling of complaints and customer retention.
  • Ensuring the ownership of PDD and early delinquencies and working closely with the Operations, Collection and Credit team

    The hiring is for Bangalore or Mumbai location

    You will get your working location, preferably your hometown. But job location is dependent on the vacancy and number of branches. NIBF is not responsible for deciding the job location of the candidate.

    You can be transferred anywhere at Piramal’s discretion, depending on the company’s requirements. However, organization always prefers that candidate should be deployed to their hometown.

    You will report to your Sales Manger / Branch Manager depending on the organization structure and branch category.

    Yes, you will be part of the annual performance appraisal process and will be eligible for annual increase based on performance.

    ON-THE-JOB TRAINING & INTERNSHIP

    The entire training will be online, and the classroom training duration is of 4 weeks. The candidates needs to download Zoom App / Microsoft Team App / Google Meet app to participate in classroom training. On-The-Job-Training will be conducted in respective branch location of the candidate where they join post successful completion of online classes. The duration of the OJT will be of 15 days.

    No, you will not be paid salary during classroom training. However, during OJT you will eligible to receive salary, since OJT will be conducted post your joining in Piramal Retail Finance branches.

    In the event of candidate not successfully completing the training, the final job will be withheld.
